Shipping Policy

Every Rawform Eye Spa order is part of a limited launch run — and demand has been higher than expected. Here's exactly what to expect after you order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Due to high demand during our launch promo, some orders may take an extra day to leave the warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Each unit ships as soon as it clears quality check — we'd rather ship it right than ship it fast.

Shipping Cost
FREE tracked shipping on every order. No minimums, no codes.

Order Tracking
The moment your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement after it's issued — that's normal. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@rawform.store
